1. Prices are non-negotiable. Please do not try to haggle with me.2. Prices are listed in USD, but payment must be done in CAD.3. No refunds.
You have the option for 5 minor changes throughout the commission.4. You consent to me posting the artwork for promotional gain, unless the NDA fee has been purchased.5. Maximum delivery time is 3 weeks to 2 months depending on the queue.6. I have the right to deny any request.7. I do not allow AI systems to be trained off of my artwork.8. I have the right to deny any request for any reason.9. If I have blocked you, do not try to contact me on other platforms or get your friends to contact me. Block evading will get you permanently blacklisted.10. You may not use my personal character designs for any purpose under any circumstances unless given explicit permission by me, RedLikeWinter, unless it is artwork intending to be a gift.

NDA and Professional Use Fee disclosure
An NDA fee will be an additional fee in the Ko-fi ‘add-ons’ during the commission process. There is an extra charge to keep the commission private and unshared to my members because of the lack of advertising I will get from it.The Professional Use Fee will be an additional fee in the Ko-fi ‘add-ons’ during the commission process. There is an extra charge to make sure I am benefitting from my watermark being removed from my artwork and having it being used in a professional setting where I will not get visual credit.

Q: Can I use your art as a profile picture/banner?
A: Yes! You are free to use my art for these things with credit as long as it isn’t a commission or adoptable.Q: Do you do art trades?
A: Yes! Although I may not always accept. Please don’t be offended if I decline, I’m likely busy!!Q: Am I free to post art I’ve bought/commission from you?

A: Depending on your tier, you’ll get a coloured sketch or an icon.

A: I’m starting university!I am going to be extremely busy and have much less time to dew. I’m also going to be broke, so I want to make sure I’m benefitting for the hours of work I put into my artwork!
